J. Mark Lundy, CPA , CVA
Mark, a Rogers, Arkansas native, is a 1988 graduate of David Lipscomb University in Nashville,
Tennessee
. He started his career with the international firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, also in
Nashville
, where he stayed for five years. His industry experience there included real estate, telecommunication, manufacturing, retail, and distribution to name a few. Most of these clients were publicly traded companies. Mark returned to
Rogers
with his family in July 1993, joining the firm Barclay, Yarborough, & Evans (now Beall Barclay & Co, PLLC) shortly after his return. While employed there, he expanded in practice to include many closely held corporations, professional service organizations, non-profits and governmental entities. In September 1998, Mark began his own practice as a sole proprietor in Bentonville. The following September, he and Bart Allard merged their practices to become Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC. As the firm's client base has grown, so has the demand for specialty services in a variety of industries. Mark now provides a full menu of services to a variety of industries.
Bart P. Allard, CPA, PFS
Bart is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. Following completion of his Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting, at the
University
of
Arkansas
, he joined the accounting firm of
Moore
Stephens Frost in
Little Rock
. While employed there he had vast tax and audit experience with governmental and non-profit entities, animal agriculture, manufacturing, financial institutions, and healthcare. Bart returned home to Rogers in 1997 and joined the accounting firm Beall Barclay & Company, PLC. While employed there he continued to perform tax and audit functions. In November of 1998, Bart acquired a sole-practitioner accounting business from Diane Fischer, CPA in
Rogers
to form Bart P. Allard, PA. In September 1999 he merged his practice with J. Mark Lundy, CPA, PA to form Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC. Bart's practice consists primarily of individual tax, corporate and partnership tax, trust & estate tax, business consulting, and audit.
Ellen Arnold, CPA, Senior Tax Manager
Ellen has been with Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC since 2000 and currently serves as manager of tax compliance. She has many years of experience with QuickBooks and has been a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor since 1999. She is a graduate of
Missouri
Southern
State
University
with her bachelor degree in accounting. Ellen has a special expertise in the areas of corporate and individual tax planning, QuicksBooks training, setup, and tune-ups, and non-profit organizations. Ellen also has experience in IRS audit representation, non filed tax returns and innocent spouse relief.
John R. Dye, CPA
John, having grown up in the Northwest Arkansas area, is currently a resident of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. He is a 1999 graduate of Southwest Baptist University. Upon graduating college, John began his accounting career with BKD, LLP. He spent 3 years with BKD, LLP in Springfield, MO where he gained auditing and attestation experience in the areas of manufacturing and retail distribution. He then transferred within the firm to Branson, MO where he spent another 3 years gaining tax and small business consulting experience. In November of 2005, John joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC and came back to his home area where he continues to utilize his expertise in meeting the variety of demands that clients bring.
Drew A. VanWinkle, CPA, Assurance Manager
Drew has over five years of experience providing auditing and accounting services to privately held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, and software as well as governmental and not-for-profit entities. Drew is the Assurance Manager at Lundy Allard and Company, PLLC and holds a Masters of Accountancy from Missouri State University. He is a member of the AICPA and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
Alta J. Wilson, EA, Tax Manager, Special Enrolled Agent with the IRS
Alta is a 1976 graduate of the
University
of
Arkansas
where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in December 2004 when she returned to
Arkansas
after living in
Arizona
for 18 years. During her time in
Arizona
, Alta worked for 10 years as a regional and divisional controller in the health care industry where she gained valuable experience dealing with government agencies. She served for over four years on the
Arizona
Health Care Cost Containment System's Liaison Committee as a representative of the Long Term Care industry in a variety of health care issues. Alta then turned her attention to tax preparation and in 2001 she joined the Sedona, Arizona accounting firm of Heath and Associates, PLLC as a junior partner.
Alta received her Special Enrolled Agent's License from the Internal Revenue Service in 2003 and is licensed to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the
Arkansas
Association of Enrolled Agents. Alta is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and assists Lundy Allard's clients with software consultations for on-going or new businesses. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience in private industry and almost 12 years experience in tax preparation and IRS representation.
John V. Withey, Senior Tax & Accounting Manager
John, currently a resident of Bentonville, Arkansas, is a 1998 graduate of
Oklahoma
State
University
where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. In December of 1995, he joined the firm of Baskin Hadley and Associates based in his hometown of
Ponca City
,
Oklahoma
. There, he gained broad experiences in the tax areas of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, sales, and payroll. He has also assisted in audit engagements of financial institutions, non-profit organizations, and manufacturing companies. Additionally, he has compiled numerous financial statements for clients of all sizes, and has consulted clients with QuickBooks and other program issues.
In November of 2004, with nine years of experience, he joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC, where he continues to offer a variety of services including accounting, audit, and tax. In addition, one of his primary responsibilities is to provide cost segregation studies on commercial real estate structures in order to decrease taxes and increase cash flow. With this focus in mind, John has worked on cost segregation studies for automotive dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and retail/office buildings.
Patricia K. Mangold, CPA, Senior Tax Director
Trish joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in October 2003 and currently serves as tax director. She is a 1990 graduate of the
University
of
Arkansas
where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Prior to graduation, she worked two years for the accounting firm Clarence Guinn and Associates in
Rogers
, and also two years for the accounting firm Vantine and Associates in
Rogers
. After graduation, she opened her own public accounting firm in
Rogers
which she then sold in 1998. She worked the next five years as an accountant and half owner in a personally owned business. She then went back into public accounting when she joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC. Trish has experience in the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, as well as experience in sales tax, payroll, and financial statement compilations.

Juliana joined Lundy Allard & Company in July of 2005, having previously worked for a local CPA firm of O'Dell & Associates. She has a special interest in the fields of individual and corporate taxation, as well as auditing.

where he spent six years working for Darel D. Kyle, CPA after graduating. There, he gained experience with audits for HUD apartment communities, nonprofit organizations and mortgage companies. He also assisted with tax prep, reviews and compilations. In February of 2007, he joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC, where he continues to offer a variety of services including audit and tax.
Laura Escalante
Laura joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in February of 2006. Laura was employed by Corporate Financial Outsourcing, a subsidiary of Engstrom, Grayson, Green & Patterson, PLLC, for three years as an outsourced accountant and software consultant. She was the office manager for Engstrom, Grayson, Green and Patterson, PLLC for nine years prior to moving to Rogers in January2003. Laura also has fourteen years of public accounting experience with Baird, Kurtz and Dobson (Fort Smith and Little Rock) in their Small Business Services department. Her primary responsibility is to provide accounting services for our clients.
Chanda R. Rogers
Chanda, originally from Clifty, AR joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in November 2006. Prior to accepting the position with Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC Chanda worked for Linda's Tax Service for 6 years. Chanda has experience as a full-charge Bookkeeper and the preparation of individual income tax returns. Her primary responsibility with Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC is to provide our clients with a wide range of accounting services.
Janet King, Administrative Assistant
Janet is a 1990 graduate of Northeastern State university in Talequah, Oklahoma, where she earned her degree in Office Management. Upon graduation, Janet returned home to Tulsa where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for the University of Tulsa for five years and the University of Oklahoma HealthSciences Center, Department of Family Medicine for two years. In May 1991, she transferred to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology in Oklahoma City where she worked as an Assistant to the Vice Chairman and Section Head of Audiology and Speech Pathology for four more years.
Janet moved to Rogers, Arkansas in May 2003 and joined Lundy Allard & Company as the Office Manager in June 2003. Currently, Janet is the Administrative Assistant for Bart P. Allard, CPA, PFS. Janet has 15+ years experience as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant.
Rebecca Riley
Rebecca graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in May, 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon graduation, she accepted an audit position with Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, in Dallas. There she specialized in providing audits for not-for-profit organizations, local governments, and provately-held companies. Returning home to Arkansas, she joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in December, 2007 where she continues to provide a variety of audit services to our clients.
